        "description": "<p>Food Service Team Member</p><p>We offer flexible hours across a variety of shifts, cross training in many departments, and on-the-job training.</p><p>The starting pay rate for this position is $16.84 / hour.</p><p>Whether you are a seasoned hospitality professional or new to the industry, we have shifts and schedules that will work for your busy life!</p><p>Daylight, Nights and Weekends available. Shifts will vary across many departments - barista, cooking, cash handling, cleaning, etc</p><p>Join Our Team!</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p><p>1. Accurately complete tasks as assigned.</p><p>2. Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.</p><p>3. Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.</p><p>4. Follow side work schedule as provided by management.</p><p>5. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.</p><p>6. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.</p><p>7. Assist fellow associates at every opportunity.</p><p>8. Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.</p><p>9. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity; including but not limited to restocking condiments, bottled and bagged beverages and paper products.</p><p>10.
