Responsible for daily system maintenance, Solving technical problems in a timely manner, Ensuring system and website operate normally, Analyzing and recording technical issues, Providing IT support and services to ensure system stability
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3 years recent experience in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent in applying Linux, MySQL
- Daily maintenance of clients' servers, using a combination of remote monitoring tools (Labtech) and manual remote checkups of the client servers, to maintain the health and security of the network
