An opportunity has arisen for a Freight Customer Service Agent to join our exciting and dynamic Freight Customer Service team in Belfast. Reporting to the Freight Reservations & CST Manager assisting with the efficient processing of all freight bookings and enquiries and the development and maintenance of strong customer relationships. Promotion of Company Freight services across the route network, providing support and assistance - Liaising with Port Operations Teams to ensure customers receive the highest level of service. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience ideally within the travel/transport industry.
