We always believed that if we could remove friction from recruiting, we’d empower more people to find jobs they love, especially in the world of AI. That 'more people' used to be a few thousands a year, then it became a few millions and now, in the last 12 months, it’s 140 million people that have used SmartRecruiters. As we enter this next chapter, our purpose remains unchanged and stronger than ever. Our success was never just about business; it was about a purpose, a movement to make hiring better, more fair, more collaborative, more transparent.
