A brand-new opportunity has opened up for a driven Account Director to join our U.S. sales team and help shape the future of gaming and entertainment advertising. In this role, you’ll take the lead on securing new agency and brand partnerships while making the most of our expanding portfolio of world-class gaming IP. You’ll be selling ad solutions across some of the most iconic gaming and entertainment sites, bringing brands and gamers together in ways that matter. You’ll manage and grow revenue and relationships with direct clients and agencies, combining your love for data and insights with your talent for building strong, long-lasting partnerships. We’re looking for someone who’s well-connected, proactive, and genuinely passionate about creating meaningful connections between publishers and audiences. We move fast, so you’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and spotting opportunities as they arise. Requirements:
- A proven track record in driving new business within digital media, ideally with established agency and brand contacts in the U.S.
- A passion for gaming and entertainment, and an understanding of what makes these audiences tick.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - you know how to craft a compelling pitch and close a deal.
- A self-starter mindset: you’re proactive, resilient, and thrive on hitting (and beating) targets.
- Confidence with data and insights to back up your recommendations and deliver results.
- The ability to juggle multiple opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- A collaborative approach - you’ll work closely with internal teams to make sure we deliver what we promise.
