The role:
As a Fraud Team Leader at Zopa, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of our fraud investigations and recovery team within the Fraud Operations Tribe. You’ll manage and motivate a team of fraud specialists to deliver great customer outcomes, in line with Zopa’s purpose - ‘Home of Money’. You’ll bring deep knowledge of fraud typologies, operations and processes across multiple products, a strong grasp of relevant regulation and law, and the confidence to handle impersonation, scams, account takeover and complex cases. Just as important, you’ll use data and insight to drive team performance, build a customer-first culture, and keep improving how we work - including how we use AI. Working Pattern:
This is a hybrid role, with the team working in the office 1 day a week. Your working week will consist of 7.5 hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work one day of the weekend every other week, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, which will be worked remotely. If you work a weekend day, you will receive a day off during the week in lieu. In addition, you will be required to work some bank holidays per year, for which you will receive time off in lieu.

Our Web Engineering team sits at the heart of Zopa, building the web experiences that power customer acquisition, customer servicing and the internal tools our teams rely on. Working closely with Product, Design, Marketing and Backend teams, we create fast, scalable and accessible experiences that have a real impact on millions of customers. As a Frontend Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and evolving modern web applications using our frontend ecosystem. You'll work alongside experienced engineers who will support your growth, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of features, solve interesting technical challenges and continually develop your skills. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Transaction Monitoring Agent to join our Financial Crime Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analysing financial transactions to detect and prevent suspicious activity related to money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. This role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Working Pattern:

The Role:
Our in-house customer services team are experts in solving escalated, complex customer enquiries. The team are responsible for supporting our front-line agents and working directly with customers to resolve escalated and varied queries across our range of products and services. We are a customer focused organisation, and the team play a critical role in delivering the standard of customer experience that we pride ourselves on at Zopa.
As a Customer Service Team Leader at Zopa, you will be responsible for the management, organisation, and co-ordination of the day-to-day work of a team of agents to deliver the highest standards of service to our customers. Because customers are so central to our business, we have a strong track record of progressing high performing operations agents within the business – either to ops career paths or to other functions, so it is imperative that you are passionate about people and their development to support individuals reach their personal career aspirations.
With the growth of our product range, particularly our current account offering, this role will be heavily focused on supporting the team to deliver results against some key business objectives. You will ensure you have adequate oversight of team performance and act on any insight that can help improve how we do things with a continuous improvement mindset. You’ll work closely with our current account product team to ensure we’re building a great product and acting as a voice for customers and your team, whilst ensuring product led initiatives land well within your team.
Working pattern:
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern covering hours between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work from the Manchester office three days per week, unless scheduled on a late shift.
In addition, you will work one weekend per month from home (9:00am–5:30pm), with time off in lieu provided during the week.
Some bank holiday working will also be required, with time off in lieu.

Having recently completed our migration to fully native mobile, we are now focused on making our iOS platform exceptional: fast, reliable, accessible and easy for engineers to build on. You’ll join our Mobile Platform team, which owns the shared capabilities that underpin the app, including architecture, shared modules, design system, observability, developer tooling and CI/CD.

You will design and evolve the services that power core banking products. The systems you help build process thousands of financial transactions every day. They must be scalable, resilient and secure. When money moves, it has to work. Every time. But this role goes beyond implementation. You will shape technical direction. Influence cross-team initiatives. Own complex, high-impact work from concept through to production. You will help decide not just how we build, but what we build and why. This is senior in impact, not just title. Operational Risk & Compliance teams also support product and business activity including current accounts, savings,
investments and marketing. The Role As Data Privacy Manager, you’ll lead the team’s strategic and day-to-day work, managing a Data Privacy Associate and
partnering closely with product, technology, legal, risk, security and commercial colleagues. You’ll help evolve a privacy

In this role, you’ll report to our Head of 2nd Line Compliance and lead our compliance assurance reviews, but you won’t just be ticking boxes, you’ll be deep-diving into the data, working with AI and analytics experts, and making sure our approach is focused on what really matters. You’ll also have oversight of Zopa’s broader approach to assurance across different risk areas, ensuring we’re using the best tools and insights to evaluate how effectively we’re managing risk.
