Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job boards and source candidates effectively.
- Experience with scheduling interviews and conducting baseline screenings.
- Proficiency in compiling and tracking call results reports.
- Ability to perform administrative duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
