During her tenure, she managed global and regional learning organizations, gaining extensive experience across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Before joining MetLife, Nieto served as the Global Head of Talent, Learning and Diversity for Marsh, Inc., where she was responsible for talent management, all learning initiatives, and led the Talent Management task force as part of the Marsh & McLennan Companies HR transformation. She later became Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer and Global Talent Management Leader at MetLife, establishing the company's first global D&I strategy and overseeing senior talent review and succession planning. Most recently, she served as the Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Amazon.
