      BPI administers the LOWI (Love of Workplace Index), a BPI-developed employee survey that measures emotional connectedness at work, with machine-learning sentiment analysis of employee comments. LOWI results are how organizations are evaluated for America's Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces®.

    2. 2. Business advisory and consulting

      BPI provides competitive insight to participating organizations: tracking, benchmarking and visibility-gap analysis, company-specific activation plans, and recurring activation and employer-brand reviews (quarterly or monthly by program level), supported by dedicated customer success.

    3. 3. Talent management

      BPI provides employer-brand and talent-attraction services for recognized organizations: licensing of the America's Top 100 badge for earned recognition, targeted activation content, candidate-question activation through the MLW AI Chat Assistant, and job-distribution refreshes on BPI and CertCheck job pages.
