    Bev Kaye Wins 2019 Best Practice Institute Lifetime Achievement Award

    Beverly Kaye Honored with BPI Lifetime Achievement Award

    The Best Practice Institute (BPI) recognized Dr. Beverly Kaye with the 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award. BPI's CEO, Louis Carter, presented the award to Kaye during a 2019 BPI Senior Executive Board meeting hosted at the Equinor headquarters in Houston, TX.

    A Pioneer in Career Development

    The selection committee chose Dr. Kaye for her foundational impact on the professional world. "We chose her based on her significant contributions as a founder of the field of career development," said Carter.

    He added, "We consider her to be the pioneering thought leader who created the field, giving us all the opportunities to practice our trade today and hold related positions in leadership and talent management. Because of her and other pioneers who have founded our Board, we have dedicated our lives to career development."
