    BPI Executive and Organizational Award Criteria

    Best Practice Institute (BPI) recognizes exceptional leaders and organizations through its awards programs. The following outlines the criteria for the Senior Executive Board, the CEO Award, and the Best Organization/Practitioner Award.

    Senior Executive Board Criterion

    Candidates must meet the following requirements:

    • Be an SVP or C-level executive within Talent Management, Diversity, Leadership Development, or Organizational Learning.
    • Work for a Fortune 500-1000 organization.
    • Possess a willingness to develop and pioneer leading-edge practices that bring about significant positive change.
    • Be open to giving and receiving feedback, information, and advice from peers.
    • Be recognized as innovative, purposeful, and well-respected.

    CEO Award Criterion

    Candidates for the CEO Award must meet the following requirements:

    • Lead a Fortune 500-1000 organization.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to developing top talent.
    • Have a proven track record of success in connecting business strategy to talent management strategy.
    • Be well-respected by employees.

    Best Organization/Practitioner Award Criterion

    This award recognizes an organization or practitioner that meets these qualifications:

    • The practitioner must be an SVP/C-level executive within Talent Management, Diversity, Leadership Development, or Organizational Learning.
    • The organization must be a Fortune 500-1000 company.
    • The practitioner must have a successfully implemented program that includes a clear path from diagnostic/assessment and structured design to implementation and evidence of success.
