The BPI Award Evaluation Process
Best Practice Institute (BPI) has an established process for selecting winners for its Best Practice Awards. After an individual is nominated, they are evaluated and ranked based on a clear set of criteria.
Award Ranking Criteria
The final ranking of a nominee is determined by their score across four distinct areas, each with a specific weight:
- 30% Achievements and Evidence of Successes: This component evaluates the tangible accomplishments and proven successes of the nominee in their professional capacity.
- 30% Experience in the Industry: This portion considers the depth and breadth of the nominee's experience within their specific industry.
- 30% Vote from Colleagues: A significant part of the evaluation comes from the nominee's peers, reflecting their standing and impact among those they work with.
- 10% Education and Certification: Formal education and relevant professional certifications are also considered in the final ranking.
