    BPI selected these CEOs after a rigorous process that involved examining its own subscriber data, Fortune and Global 1000 lists, and other primary and secondary resources. The core selection criteria included:

    • CEO tenure and company size
    • Commitment and investment in positive organizational change
    • A clear and effective growth strategy
    • Company earnings estimates under the CEO's leadership
