    BPI's Change Management Methodology

The ResultsUp™ Change Process is BPI's established and proven methodology for successful organizational change. Based on Louis Carter's research in In Great Company and Change Champion's Field Guide, our process aligns corporate and individual values, improving team and individual behaviors at all levels of an organization.

The ResultsUp™ process represents a transformation in how employees learn about themselves and others, embracing individual accountability to achieve shared goals. Through this process, leaders and companies build corporate resilience and agility, enabling them to achieve their key objectives.

The Four Phases of the ResultsUp™ Change Process

Our methodology is structured into four distinct phases to ensure clarity, execution, and success.

    H3: 1. Envision

During this step, we work closely with the executive sponsor, leadership team, and key stakeholders to gain initial clarity and establish baselines. Together, we identify key behaviors and set goals at both the team and individual levels, ensuring alignment with the organization's desired culture and goals.

    H3: 2. Establish

The Establish phase is where we identify core internal beliefs and perspectives. A critical element is developing rapport and trust between coaches and employees. This foundation of trust and shared purpose helps identify "enablers" that support goals, as well as "inhibitors" and roadblocks that might prevent success.

    H3: 3. Execute

In this phase, we collaborate with our clients to develop a detailed action plan. This plan enables individuals and teams to reach their goals and adopt improved behaviors. We specifically focus on capitalizing on the enablers and providing focused coaching to remove the inhibitors identified in the previous step.

    H3: 4. Evaluate

Evaluation is where we obtain and assess the results of the change effort. Using a mix of quantitative and qualitative data, we assess each individual and team's progress toward their goals and desired behaviors. If deficiencies are discovered, BPI works with the client to address the gaps and make focused adjustments to regain momentum.
