BPI Partners with Bev Kaye for Groundbreaking Workplace Study

HR thought leaders Louis Carter of Best Practice Institute (BPI) and Bev Kaye of Career Systems International (CSI) have launched a major research study. Their work will investigate the connections between career mobility, employee engagement, and business results to define what makes a "Most Loved Workplace."

This partnership will produce important benchmarking data on how internal career development opportunities affect employee engagement, retention, and productivity. The ultimate goal is to identify the key factors that enable an organization to become a workplace where employees feel truly valued.

A New Perspective on Employee Engagement

The project was initiated in response to feedback from BPI's Senior Executive Board, which includes CHROs, CLOs, and Chief Talent Officers from world-leading companies.

"They don't just want to know the impact of compensation and cool perks," said Louis Carter, Founder and CEO of BPI. "They want to know the impact career development has on employee engagement, and ultimately becoming one of the most loved workplaces in the world."

Carter emphasizes the deep commitment of these executives to "creating caring, functional, and purpose-driven workplaces where employees love coming to work, and as a result produce a great deal for the organization out of respect and admiration."

    Why Development and Mobility Matter

Bev Kaye, a bestselling author on talent retention, highlights the critical link between personal growth and organizational success.

"We've found that development is really about results and being loved," Kaye states. "Being loved by your customers, and more importantly being loved by your employees, especially those who you cannot afford to lose."

This research moves past surface-level benefits to analyze the structural and cultural elements that foster loyalty and high performance.

    Research Methodology

The study will commence with a survey distributed to BPI's extensive network of HR and Talent Management professionals and CSI's clients. After the data is collected and analyzed, a comprehensive report will be co-authored by the BPI and CSI teams. The findings will be presented at BPI's upcoming Senior Executive Board Meeting.
