Founder and CEO
Louis Carter founded BPI in 2001, developing it into a global organization serving tens of thousands of leaders and executives. As CEO, he chairs the BPI Senior Executive Board, facilitating monthly calls and bi-annual meetings with board members and experts. He is also available for personal check-in calls with senior executive board members upon request.

As the Vice President and Director of Account Management, Jim Miller focuses on helping organizations maximize their experience with the Senior Executive Board. He brings over 15 years of experience in leadership development to his role, where he connects with the talent community to build awareness of BPI. His work is founded on a reputation for high integrity and ethics.
Christi O'Neill
Director of Research
Christi O'Neill works directly with board members to define annual goals and research interests. As Director of Research, she aligns external resources with board needs and is currently leading research studies on Global Talent Solutions and Workforce Planning. She earned her MA in Social/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
Jenny Barnes
Director of Learning and Information Systems
Jenny Barnes aligns BPI's extensive online learning resources—including webinars and research articles—with the internal goals of corporate members. Prior to her role at BPI, she led cultural change campaigns at Zappos, Inc., and Manduka. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from UCLA.
