    1. Take the Skillrater Assessment: The process begins with a proprietary assessment based on a leadership competency model common to most organizations.
    2. Dialogue on Results: Discuss and interpret your assessment results to understand your profile.
    3. Engage the Buddy System: Get direct advice and help from peers in the program.
    4. Find Your Best-Fit Organizations: Identify companies that are the best match for your strongest competencies.
    5. Write Your Business Case: Create a compelling document that argues for your success in a target position.

    Using its competency models, the Skillrater tool finds the optimal fit for you based on your results. It helps design a program to put your best foot forward in interviews and build a successful career within a target organization.
