As a services business, Kyndryl puts people at the center of everything we do. It's a principle that underpins our culture and our long-term growth, guiding how we show up for our customers and for each other every single day.
    Martin Schroeter, Chairman & CEO

Kyndryl anchors its culture in The Kyndryl Way, introduced in 2022 to build a people-centric, services-led culture of collaboration, mutual responsibility, and excellence. To bring it to life, the company trained nearly 6,000 people managers in Leadership Behaviors workshops and launched Leadership Development@Kyndryl with contemporary curriculum, workshops, resources, and tools. It also rolled out Kyndryl Leadership Behavior training and badges to help all employees activate The Kyndryl Way in their roles. Within three years, 88% of Kyndryls said their manager’s behavior is consistent with The Kyndryl Way.

CEO Martin Schroeter reinforces the culture through quarterly business updates and global site visits, and he sets a clear people-first tone: “As a services business, Kyndryl puts people at the center of everything we do.” Employee voice guides change: the Annual Engagement Survey is a key tool, and many employees believe positive change will follow their feedback as Kyndryl improves quality and competitiveness. The company’s commitment is recognized with Most Loved Workplace certification in 2026 and specialty honors across 2024–2025, including awards for diversity, caregivers, mental health, LGBTQ+, women, and career advancement.
